Cat6a STP RJ45 Toolless Keystone Jack Module is designed to terminate 4-pair, 22-26 AWG twisted pair cable with convenient wire separation for easy installation. Each module is factory tested to exceed industry standard performance requirements and support IEEE 802.3af/at/bt. Contacts are plated with 50 microinches of gold for superior performance. Jacks are individually serialized and are compatible with keystone interfaces such as faceplates, modular patch panels and surface mount boxes. The metal keystone jacks are designed for gigabit and 10G copper Ethernet network applications such as enterprise office, home decoration, data center, intelligent park and other types of environment network cabling project, eliminating EMI and crosstalk to ensure peak performance and data integrity.

The FS Mini Cat6a RJ45 (8P8C) Shielded Toolless Keystone Jacks are suitable for shielded ethernet cable installations. The FS listing states the connector accommodates 22 to 26 AWG Solid or Stranded wire. It came with the connectors individually packaged in resealable baggies along with a small zip tie for the completed ethernet cable connection. The good about the this CAT6A connector: it is "backwards" compatible to CAT6, CAT5E, CAT5; the overall connector is not a wide body which makes installing connectors side by side easier; The whole connector is machined/milled nicely with no rough or uncut pieces and edges; the plastic removable insert is labeled with a wire color diagram scheme (T568-A or T568-B labels) that is screen printed on and not a label that can delaminate from the plastic; the connector can be reused/re-wired. Their quality exceeds their price and I’m really happy with them.

I really like this keystone, the all metal body makes it very sturdy and very easy to attach the drain wire. Not needing a punch down tool is really quite handy and helps ease the difficulty of keeping the twists close to the termination point (to maintain the CAT 6a specs).

I had to start changing over much of the LAN in my home network, and these keystone ends have been a huge time saver. At first, I was a little put off by the cost, but these particular keystones are toward the less expensive of what is available, but they have proven to be worth every penny. As for installation, they are a complete breeze. I've been punching down network connectors for years, and I have never found such an easy design. Just take your time, follow the very clear directions, and you'll be done in no time at all with really great quality connections. I'm now on my second order so I can continue to upgrade my network al lot CAT6a and this is the product that I'm going to stay with.
