Cat6a S/FTP Ethernet bulk cable is constructed of 23AWG copper conductors with skin-foam-skin PE insulation. The copper conductors are twisted in pairs, separated by a cross divider and covered by an overall metallic shield to offer protection from noise interference and a flame retardant PVC (CMR), blue jacket. Cat6a was developed to achieve maximum distance of 100 meters for full 10 Gigabit network speeds. This robust spec will afford you the extra headroom across your network that Cat6 can not. The 750MHz performance is double that of Category 6 and five times the bandwidth capacity of Category 5e. Our Cat6a bulk cable tested for compliance with all EIA/TIA-568-C Cat 6a specifications. It is suitable for home, office, data center and harsh environment.

This seems to be pretty decent quality Cat6a riser cable with a PVC jacket. The plastic pair separator is of adequate size, the wires seem to have the correct twist, and the PVC jacket actually seems to be a bit tougher and smoother than average. I also did a scrape test on the wires themselves and they are definitely solid copper rather than CCA. The pull box is also sturdy and I had no trouble feeding a bit of wire from it. I would think it should work quite nicely for any basic 1Gb/2.5G/5G/10G wiring job.

This is excellent cable. Each conductor is 23AWG, which means it's very thick and it's solid copper. That means you are going to have no issues getting 1G or even 10G speeds on it. It's shielded so you can run it next to power cables if you need to. You can only terminate it with a shielded keystone jack made for it or a shielded patch panel.
