The RS6460 is a 4U dual-socket rackmount accelerated computing GPU server. Adopting Intel C622 series chipset, supports 2x 2nd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors, 2~24x 16/32G memory and 1~24x hot-swap 3.5''/2.5'' SAS/SATA hard drives, with optional support for 2 U.2 NVMe drives, and onboard provision for 1 M.2 NVMe SSD. It supports up to 8x double-width PCIe GPUs, along with 2x PCIe 3.0 x8 slots and 1x PCIe 3.0 x4 slot. It includes 2x onboard 10 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces and supports various network options such as Ethernet, InfiniBand, and OPA, ensuring high-speed performance and flexible I/O to meet diverse application interconnect requirements. With an integrated BMC chip, it facilitates easy management.
The new-generation RS6460 accelerated computing server is mainly used in HPC, deep learning and training large language models.
