This works very well with low power and without overheating.
It works as stated with 10G speed without any issues. 100% recommended.
We use the 100M ones as it has low power and temp is low on high usage.

The transceiver arrived promptly, well packaged. Tested 10Gbe connection in Intel SFP+ port, working as expected!

This worked out of the box on a Mikrotik CRS device, which is a welcome change after trying other low-powered RJ45 transceivers. And yes, it is much cooler than Mikrotik's own S+RJ10. I ordered immediately a few more to complete the move to low-power :)
