Generic Compatible 50GBASE-SR SFP56 transceiver supports up to 100m link lengths over OM4 MMF via a LC duplex connector. Digital Diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface. The transceivers are compliant with the applicable requirements defined in SFF-8402, SFF-8472, IEEE 802.3cd, OIF-CEI-04.0, and RoHS-6 compliant. It is suitable for 50GBase Ethernet applications.
Note: The FS P/N is changed from SFP56-SR-50G to SFP-50GSR-85, but the product is the same. Only the FS P/N has been changed.

this unit uses a class 1 laser so all the accident-prone people out there like me don't have to worry about blinding ourselves. this also means the range is limited. I have these on 20-meter runs without issue.
