The IES5220-6S-3ES industrial modular switch features 6 x 1/10Gb SFP+ ports, expandable to up to 30 ports, and uses an Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) design, optimized for size and power consumption for a wide range of industrial and high-density connection needs. Equipped with an IP40-rated metal enclosure, it can operate within a wide temperature range of -40 to 70°C. This switch is ideal for harsh environments, such as traffic control cabinets, factory floors, and the outdoor places where temperature is extremely low or high. This Layer 3 managed industrial switch supports the TR-069 Protocol for zero-configuration startup and excels in advanced security features such as MAC and ACL. It also offers dual-boot redundancy for failover, MRP, and compatibility with industrial protocols like Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus, which fulfills the special needs of Industrial Ethernet networks.

The MRP protocol eliminates ring network loops, prevents broadcast storms, and it restores network functionality within 10ms in case of link failure or disconnection.
PTP enables switches to deliver synchronization with a higher level of accuracy than NTP, it is ideal for telecom and Carrier Ethernet applications.
